Memo/Description

We understand that our group must show proof of eligibility (501c3 status) upon request and that we are required to distribute Carryout for a Cause event flyers to supporters of our organization in advance of our event night to encourage “attendance” (online orders) so that we can raise funds—flyers may NOT be distributed on Applebee's property.

Only Applebee's online orders in which the "DOINGOOD" code is used will be included in our donation total. It is my groups/organization's responsibility to market our event and inform our supporters of exactly how it works—that they MUST login or create an account on applebees.com/the Applebee's app AND use the code "DOINGOOD" at checkout or their order will NOT be counted towards the 20% donation. We understand that the 20% donation is based on the subtotal of orders and therefore does not include tax or gratuity. Our organization will take full responsibility if our event does not turn-out to be as successful as we hoped.

Applebee's reserves the right to withhold any donation if a group distributes flyers at their event or on restaurant property.

Please allow up to a month after your event to receive your donation check.
